At Art of Circuits, we design revision controlled schematics with highest accuracy levels, and highest readability. Printed Circuit Boards
Designing multilayer printed circuit boards of Class 5 and above, using BGA components, controlling impedance. We develop in accordance with the IPC standards, adhere to design-for-test (DFT) and design-for-manufacture (DFM) requirements, analyze signal integrity (SI), electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and thermal conditions throughout the entire design cycle.
We additionally give our pcb customers, 3D step models and 3d pictures of the board so that our customers can see the pcb for fitment problems before actually sending the design for manufacturing. Our Customers can import our 3d step model into their CAD tools for integration and validation of the PCB Design with their mechanical design.
Art Of Circuits also possess extensive experience in low power, low cost Electronics design.
We offer Board Bringup Service. Art Of Circuits has required Benchtop Electronic Measurement and Testing tools that are required for testing and debugging of the Electronic Product. That means: we apply power, debug it, program it with preliminary software, and whatever is necessary to get it working well enough to know that the overall design is satisfactory.
