Hardware Design


Art of Circuits designs Embedded Hardware based on microprocessors, systems-on-chip (SoC), FPGA, DSP and MCU. We gather initial technical and functional requirements, design schematic diagrams and multilayer printed circuit boards. The Design Considerations include:

Schematic Diagrams

At Art of Circuits, we design revision controlled schematics with highest accuracy levels, and highest readability. This means our schematics symbols, schematic component placement and wiring of the circuit is done in such a way that it increases the readability of the Schematics. And we perform multiple cycles of verification of the design right from block level diagram, part selection, symbol creation, schematic entry and till the complete design of the system.

Designing digital and Mixed Signal schematic diagrams based on modern electronic components. Implementation of high-speed interfaces (Ethernet, USB, PCI), integration with wireless data transfer modules (WiFi, ZigBee, Bluetooth, GSM/GPRS) and other hardware interfaces.

Printed Circuit Boards

Designing multilayer printed circuit boards of Class 5 and above, using BGA components, controlling impedance. We develop in accordance with the IPC standards, adhere to design-for-test (DFT) and design-for-manufacture (DFM) requirements, analyze signal integrity (SI), electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and thermal conditions throughout the entire design cycle.

We additionally give our pcb customers, 3D step models and 3d pictures of the board so that our customers can see the pcb for fitment problems before actually sending the design for manufacturing. Our Customers can import our 3d step model into their CAD tools for integration and validation of the PCB Design with their mechanical design.
Art Of Circuits also possess extensive experience in low power, low cost Electronics design.

Board Bring-up

We offer Board Bringup Service. Art Of Circuits has required Benchtop Electronic Measurement and Testing tools that are required for testing and debugging of the Electronic Product. That means: we apply power, debug it, program it with preliminary software, and whatever is necessary to get it working well enough to know that the overall design is satisfactory.

We have been working with reputed, low cost and best quality Chinese/Taiwanese PCB, PCBA and Part Suppliers. We offer you our expertise in managing all phases of electronic product manufacturing and assembly which includes :
